Berthold Goldschmidt
Goldschmidt [tyskt uttal gɔʹltʃmit], Berthold, 1903–96, tysk-brittisk tonsättare och dirigent.
Goldschmidt ägnade sig först åt en dirigentkarriär vid skilda operainstitutioner i Tyskland och hade framgång med sin opera Der gewaltige Hahnrei (1932).
